How long does it take to get set up?
Most clinics are live within a couple of weeks. We help you set up your booking site, services, locations, counsellors, and branding, and import your existing schedule so you can go live with confidence.
Is my clients' data private and secure?
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit, access is role-based, and telehealth sessions include a waiting room and consent step. Each clinic's data is isolated on its own tenant, so information never crosses between practices.
Can clients book without creating an account?
Absolutely. Your public booking site lets clients self-book a service, location, counsellor, and time, complete intake, and pay - all in a few minutes. A portal account is created for them so they can manage everything afterwards.
Does Nimbli handle ICBC and CVAP invoicing?
Yes. Alongside Stripe payments and saved cards, Nimbli automates third-party invoicing for ICBC and CVAP claims and tracks accounts receivable so you always know what is outstanding.
Can I run multiple clinics on one account?
Nimbli is multi-tenant by design. Each clinic gets its own branded subdomain, staff, and settings, while you oversee the whole group from a single place. Add locations and counsellors as you grow.
